Die bis dato gezahlten Zuschüsse von 8,1 Milliarden Euro an deutsche Kulturinstitutionen werden laut Medienberichten in den kommenden zehn Jahren um acht bis zehn Prozent sinken. Bei gleichzeitig steigenden Kosten wären dann bis zu zehn Prozent der Einrichtungen von Schließungen bedroht.
